		<description>It&#039;s astonishing we&#039;re even having a debate about this at this point.  How long have cell phones been used by drug dealers?  10 years? 15? 20?  And just now the law enforcement community has gotten wise to them being used in our prisons?  These things should have been jammed a long time ago.  While we&#039;re at it, a law permitting jamming of lobbyists&#039; cell phones and blackberries is overdue as well.</description>
