It's not as if, once the Red Line goes through, financiers will suddenly be at Ed Hale's door vying to write a check to build out Canton Crossing. As planned, that development is as car-centric as they come these days. I mention CC since that, the proposed Highlandtown Lofts around the old Crown Cork and Seal factory, and Uplands in West Baltimore are about the only decent developable parcels along the entire route ... and the Red Line isn't really a factor in their development.
