This is a victory for small business, not just Hampden, but for all of Baltimore. Yes, it took a lot of press but Baltimore and their City Government will go on record as being pro-small business. People are getting shot in east and west Baltimore on an almost-daily basis, but I'm supposed to care about some Flamingo sculpture? Aren't there better ways to spend our time than putting pink flamingos on the lawn at City Hall? I mean, is no one else thinking this is a slight overreaction to silly nonsense?
