Baltimore poet David Franks has died, according to Joe Wall, ”his web guy, collaborator, friend,” writing on Franks’ blog.

Wall solicited and received some comments about Frank on the site. The comments themselves jump off your computer screen and grab your heart.  Imagine hearing the  guy who inspired them.  Anyone with additional thoughts, recollections, etc., is welcome to add them here.
