Meet the 14-year-old  who is apparently calling the Ravens’ plays — including Ray Rice’s 83-yard run against the Patriots!

Offensive coordinator Cam Cameron has been letting the boy, who is battling cancer, make the calls and it looks to be working out pretty well.  His name is Matthew Costello and he’s the son of WMAR morning host Jamie Costello.
