Omar’s comin
Michael Kenneth Williams AKA “Omar Little” (AKA the coolest morally sound bad guy EVER) will be speaking Wednesday night at Morgan State University.
“He’s talking about his experience in becoming an actor and about his life,” MSU Director of Student Activities Toya Corbett told the Brew in a phone call.
He’ll also speak about “how he was able to break through into the roles he will play,” said Corbett. How did the event come about? Williams’ personal assistant, a graduate of MSU, “gave them a call.”
The lecture, which is free and open to the public, will take place at the MSU University Student Center theater at 7 pm.
